Natural Power is a leading independent consultant and service provider, with headquarters in Scotland and offices located across the world. It only works on green energy projects and has been powering up projects for the renewable energy industry for more than 25 years. When it needed to develop a robust marketing strategy that could be communicated and understood in an engaging way to international staff, the Natural Power leadership turned to us.
What was the main challenge that our experts identified? The Natural Power teams in the UK, France and the US needed to be brought together cohesively with a vision, values and behaviours that would improve employee engagement, satisfaction and performance. We worked with Natural Power for over 12 months, initially conducting independent telephone interviews with diverse customer groups and stakeholders as well as internal one-to0one meetings at all levels of the business. Our team also undertook an industry trends review to help inform a new marketing strategy for growth, which would drive the internal communication strategy. Key outputs included a revised vision, values and behaviours framework that would be used across Natural Power’s UK, European and international workforce.
The end result was the development of ‘Our Natural Power’, a simple, overarching creative and visually arresting device that brought diverse workforces together through compelling messages and design executions, added a sense of belonging, and clearly defined the impact the company brings to the industry and its collaborative partners wherever they are located.
